Siamac Y. Afshar joined NW in March 2024 and directly supports the firm’s governmental, authority and redevelopment clients.  Mr. Afshar has over 20 years of public finance experience and is an expert in municipal finance, redevelopment transactions, governmental financial consulting, 501(c)3 financing, senior living, Charter School financing and Interest Rate Derivatives.

Mr. Afshar has guided New Jersey and national clients through various forms of financing, having represented clients with respect to over $100 billion in Bond issuance.
