Douglas Bacher

Overview:

Douglas J. Bacher is a Principal at NW Financial. Mr. Bacher has over 35 years of government and finance experience, including over 25 years in the public finance industry. Mr. Bacher also served in the public sector for over 10 years.

Mr. Bacher provides financial advisory and investment banking services to State, county, regional, and local governments. Services provided include debt structuring and issuance, redevelopment, renewable and sustainable energy, credit and rating agency strategies, privatization, and “pooled” multi-government financings.

Mr. Bacher is active in National and State professional trade organizations and associations and is the Past President of both the New Jersey Improvement Authority Association and the Business Associates of the New Jersey Association of School Business Administrators.
