Danny Bosques

Overview:

Danny Gonzalez-Bosques joined NW Financial Group in July 2025, bringing over 30 years of expertise in affordable housing. Throughout her career in the public sector, she has held several leadership positions, including Director of Resident Services, Director of Community Planning and Initiatives, Lead Transaction Manager for the Rental Assistance Demonstration Program, and Chief Development Officer. She has extensive experience working with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and specializes in using their asset repositioning programs for the preservation and development of affordable housing.

Ms. Bosques has successfully drafted numerous plans for various HUD programs, including Moving to Work, Family Self-Sufficiency Program Administration, Section 18 Tenant Relocation, and the RAD Temporary Displacement of Tenants. Throughout her career, she has written grant applications that secured over $17 million in funding. Additionally, she has served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University, where she taught Grant Writing and Management.

Ms. Bosques is also an active member of several boards, including Newark Emergency Services for Families, the School of Public Affairs and Administration, and the Workforce Development Board for the City of Newark, where she serves as Secretary.
