Adam Fattah

Adam Fattah joined NW Financial Group as a Vice President within the Consulting Group, where he supports municipalities and public agencies in evaluating redevelopment projects and structuring fiscally responsible incentive programs. His work focuses on financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and fiscal impact evaluation for complex redevelopment initiatives across New Jersey.
Mr. Fattah brings more than a decade of experience in real estate finance, asset management, and financial planning and analysis. His background includes managing and analyzing large real estate portfolios, supporting development underwriting, and evaluating financial performance across multifamily and commercial assets. He has worked with both public-sector housing organizations and private development teams, giving him a well-rounded perspective on project feasibility, capital structures, and long-term asset performance.
