Thomas Beckett
Overview:
Tom Beckett brings over three decades of experience as a Financial Advisor to governments and non-profits throughout Pennsylvania.
Tom has developed a particular expertise in project financing and strategic consulting involving multiple governmental, private, and non-profit parties. Tom has closed over $15 billion in transactions for over 300 clients, including general government, municipal utility, K-12, and higher education project financings and healthcare facilities.
Tom Beckett has significant experience in redevelopment. Tom was instrumental in the financing and development of both the Lancaster Convention Center and Marriott Hotel and the City’s Baseball Stadium. Tom is also the Financial Advisor to the City of Allentown and has a strong working knowledge of the law, regulations, and impacts of redevelopment surrounding that City’s Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ).
An active volunteer in his community, Tom served as President, Treasurer, and board member of the ARC of Chester County and is a Nationally Registered EMT and wilderness first responder.
