Jana Warmiak

Overview:

Jana Warmiak joined NW Financial in October 2013. She provides continuing disclosure reporting services, including preparing and posting demographic data to EMMA, reviewing disclosure agreements, and analyzing issuer rating and compliance history. In addition, Ms. Warmiak prepares Preliminary and Official Statements for municipal bond and note transactions, ensuring the accuracy of material terms and financial disclosures.

As a member of the procurement and marketing team, Ms. Warmiak coordinates RFP responses and supports the Public Finance Department with scheduling, document management, and meeting coordination.

Ms. Warmiak also assists with administering small business grant programs, mortgage assistance programs, and UEZ revolving loan programs by reviewing applications, verifying documentation, and communicating with applicants and clients.
