Autumn Qiu

Overview:

Autumn Qiu joined NW Financial in 2024. She assists municipalities and public entities with various bond and note financing. Her work includes debt structuring, financial modeling, and credit analysis, as well as assisting with competitive and negotiated sale coordination and transaction documents preparation throughout the financing process.

She also supports clients with ongoing financial advisory services, including budget and capital planning analysis, debt service projections, refunding opportunity monitoring, market rate updates, and continuing disclosure filings.
