David H. Priest, Analyst
David H. Priest joined NW Financial in March 2006 as a Financial Analyst. In general, Mr. Priest provides diverse financial modeling to public sector clients and works on the trading desk. Mr. Priest has recently been involved in researching current debt situations for various clients as well as providing Local Finance Board applications in order for clients to be approved for financial actions by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs Division of Local Government Services.
Mr. Priest works with clients entering into the bond market by providing underwriting assistance. During his time with the firm he has worked on several competitive and negotiated underwritings.
In addition to his underwriting role, Mr. Priest acts as Financial Analyst for several clients, the largest being the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
Prior to joining NW Financial, Mr. Priest was involved with Wells Fargo Financial. In this sales position, Mr. Priest assisted clients in consolidating their outstanding debt in order to reduce their monthly expenditures. In restructuring their debt he was able to lesson his client’s financial burdens.
Mr. Priest is a graduate of Fordham University where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and Economics
