Morgan E. Frost, Senior Vice President
Morgan M. Frost joined NW Financial Group in March 2001 bringing over 25 years of Real Estate experience to the firm. Mr. Frost serves as Senior Vice President of the Firm's work with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Mark-to-Market program coordinating the restructuring commitment process with FHA underwriting guidelines if a Section 223(a)(7) or other type of FHA insured loan is used to facilitate the restructuring transaction. Mr. Frost serves as Closing Coordinator, managing the closing process and engaging in all post-closing asset management activities.
Mr. Frost's fields of expertise encompass a wide array of areas. He has extensive experience with construction and development including, new construction and renovation of single family, multifamily and commercial property as well as development of residential and multifamily properties. Additionally, Mr. Frost is experienced in management of single and Section 8 multifamily housing as well as underwriting and finance.
During his time with the Firm Mr. Frost has assisted in closing over 70 Section 8 Restructurings. Additionally, in April 2004, Mr. Frost contributed to the Firm's successful closing of the most Mark-to-Market transactions than any other PAE in a single month (14).
Mr. Frost received a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Millersville University. Mr. Frost is a licensed Title Agent.
