DAVID H. PRIEST, VICE PRESIDENT

David H. Priest joined NW Financial in March 2006 as a Financial Analyst. Mr. Priest provides diverse financial modeling to public sector clients while aiding them in the restructuring and/or sizing of new and existing debt. Mr. Priest works closely with our clients during the bond underwriting process to aid them in the modeling and selling of their municipal bonds.

In addition to his senior analyst role, Mr. Priest works on our trading/underwriting desk. On the desk, Mr. Priest contributes to the daily functions of a trading desk, which includes inputting trades, monitoring offering platforms, creating new accounts, and confirming trades. Mr. Priest acts as our liaison between our clearing firm, Southwest Securities, Inc. Furthermore, adding to his daily trading activities, Mr. Priest works on our negotiated and competitive bond underwritings. He is directly involved with our clients and trading accounts. His duties include the dissemination of competitive and negotiated sales to our trading accounts and the processing of orders from such sales. He is involved with the structuring and pricing of our clients bonds. Mr. Priest is also responsible for all of the financial reporting that is required by DTC and the MSRB during the negotiated underwriting process. Additionally, Mr. Priest acts as our bond closing coordinator.

Prior to joining NW Financial, Mr. Priest was involved with sales at Wells Fargo Financial. In this role, Mr. Priest assisted clients in consolidating their outstanding debt in order to reduce their monthly expenditures. In restructuring their debt he was able to lesson his client’s financial burdens.
