ljp@nwfinancial.comLisa J. Petrosky joined NW Financial Group in April 2000 bringing to the Firm her expertise in analyzing and acquiring multifamily housing projects. Ms. Petrosky serves as Senior Vice President of the Firm's work with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Mark-to-Market program, and is responsible for assisting in the financial analysis, conducting comprehensive due diligence, preparing detailed financial reporting and coordinating documents on the Firm's multifamily and housing revenue bonds. Ms. Petrosky is a member of the NY Chapter of Women in Housing and Finance and has been nominated for a board member position.
Prior to joining NW Financial Group, Ms. Petrosky spent four years at Windsor Financial Group, an investment banking firm that is affiliated with NW Financial Group. During her time with Windsor, Ms. Petrosky played a pivotal role in acquiring 11 multifamily properties, with a total financing value of over $100 million.
Ms. Petrosky is instrumental part of the NW Financial Group team. During her time with the firm she has worked on numerous multifamily housing projects. Ms. Petrosky has already worked on a dozen underwritings for 2004.
Ms. Petrosky received her Bachelors of Science degree from Montclair University and is NASD registered for Series 27 and 63 licenses.
