Since the early 1970s, the principal and managers of the firm have worked closely with a number of public entities to bring a level of expertise to the tax-exempt financing of needed facilities. Our ability to apply new approaches and ideas to the financing needs of our clients is well demonstrated by our past work throughout the municipal market.
The firm and its professionals have assisted clients in over $30 billion of market financings. These assignments have required NW Financial’s professionals to develop complex financing strategies to most effectively utilize limited resources, including funds derived from user fees, local tax revenues, and other revenue sources. Our strong understanding of public finance and the investment communities has allowed us to meaningfully assist our clients in achieving successful financing and development objectives.
